Dispatches work to appropriate Technicians..preforms  service Repair items as needed. assist with training. Keeps shop clean,.inspects equipment and repairs as needed.                                                                                                                                                                                                    Responsibilities: * Ascertains automotive problems and determines which vehicle needs to be done next.  * Verifies all work has been completed properly.. * Keeps the Advisors updated if a vehicle will not be completed by the promise time. * Distributes the work to the proper technicians. * Works as an Express Technician, Paid flat rate for hours turned plus a weekly Bonus for Shop Foreman * Encourages the technicians to stay on course to get the job done quickly. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications. * Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
