    What You’ll Do:

    + Respond to work orders and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building systems

    + Support building operations through inspections, repairs, and general upkeep

    + Assist with light carpentry and furniture repairs, including hanging fixtures and adjusting doors

    + Replace lighting components, clean coils, change filters, and inspect belts

    + Help move office furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed

    + Keep workspaces clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

    + Document tasks in a CMMS system (such as 360 Facility) and communicate with supervisors on issues

    + Follow all safety procedures and complete required hazard assessments

    What You Bring:

    + 1–3 years of experience in general building maintenance, basic electrical, and plumbing

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders (up to 30 ft), and work in hot/cold conditions

    + Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Valid driver’s license (for occasional local driving)

    + A safety-first mindset and willingness to learn

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.41 per hour
