What You'll Do

As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and repairing key building systems across multiple facilities. You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential infrastructure—keeping operations smooth and clients satisfied.

Core Responsibilities:

+ Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems

+ Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and structural systems

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records

+ Travel between properties to provide on-site support and solutions

+ Oversee and evaluate vendor performance and service quality

+ Maintain safe work practices and comply with all safety regulations

What You Bring

Required:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 5–7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance

+ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

+ EPA 608 Type II certification

+ Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and mobile work order systems

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred:

+ EPA 608 Universal Certification

+ Formal training or trade school in HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical trades

**Pay Details:** $44.00 per hour
