+ Excellent computer skills necessary.
+ Excellent customer service skills required
Organizational Standards
+ Accountable for monitoring inventory of remote patient monitoring (RPM) equipment.Responsible for uploading and assigning patients to appropriate available units.
+ Coordination of timely RPM unit delivery, installation and/or pickup.Troubleshooting with clinical coordinator, including initial video conference outreach.
+ Education to patients on how to use the RPM equipment and who to reach out to for assistance if needed.
+ Coordinate the installation and testing of equipment.Monitoring equipment and system performance, solving issues and escalating as appropriate.
+ Assists RPM Clinicians with clerical duties
+ Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers. Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action with disease management staff.
+ Responsible for maintenance, delivery, installation, initial demonstration and troubleshooting of RPM units.
+ Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and best practices.
+ Practices regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
+ Treat patients and families with dignity and respect.
+ Use customer friendly, professional communication at all times.
+ Perform other related work as required.
