Position Summary...
Job Title: Director of Marketing, Member’s Mark – Sam’s Club
At Sam’s Club, we’re on a mission to double our business—and Member’s Mark, our flagship private brand, is central to that growth. We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and creative marketing leader to shape how millions of members experience Member’s Mark across every touchpoint.
As Director of Marketing for Member’s Mark, you’ll lead the brand’s marketing strategy end-to-end—from storytelling and positioning to full-funnel campaigns and omnichannel execution. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across marketing, merchandising, operations, and creative to bring the brand to life in ways that drive business results and deepen member loyalty.
What you'll do...
+ **Lead the Brand Narrative** Own the Member’s Mark brand strategy and voice. You’ll be the storyteller whoshapes the brand’s voice and uncover the stories behind our products to create compelling narratives that connect with members and support business growth.
+ **Drive Full-Funnel Marketing** Lead integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and editorial channels. You’ll work across the marketing org to ensure every strategy—from renewals to grand openings—ladder up to broader business goals.
+ **Collaborate Across the Business** Partner with merchandising, operations, digital, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all channels, from in-club signage to digital media.
+ **Influence at the Highest Levels** Present strategies and results to the SVP of Member’s Mark, CMO, and other senior leaders. You’ll need to be a confident communicator who can translate insights into action and influence decision-making.
+ **Champion Omnichannel Experiences** Ensure Member’s Mark shows up powerfully across digital and physical environments, creating a cohesive and elevated experience for members wherever they shop.
+ **Use Data to Drive Strategy** Leverage consumer insights, analytics, and market research to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and measure impact.
+ **Lead Product Launches & Seasonal Moments** Oversee major launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring they align with brand strategy and deliver on performance goals.
+ **Spot Trends & Spark Innovation** Stay ahead of cultural and category trends. Co-develop stories and solutions that keep Member’s Mark at the forefront of quality and value.
What You Bring
+ 8+ years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.
+ Proven success building and growing private label or CPG brands—ideally in retail or wholesale.
+ Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, social, and in-store.
+ Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to guide strategy.
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
+ Creative and strategic thinker with a bias for action.
+ Experience with membership-based business models is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years'experience in marketing or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
