Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager to join the Internal Strategic Response (ISR) team within Internal Communications.As a key member of the ISR team, this person will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of rapid response strategies for important employee matters, externally-driven press and other reputational challenges.Additional skills that will serve you well in this role: Advising and influencing key stakeholders, confidence in taking risks, and operating under pressure while prioritizing the most important work.

Internal Communications Manager, Strategic Response Responsibilities:
1. Directly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results
2. Contribute to publications and open-sourcing efforts
3. Work with a large team
4. Help identify long-term ambitious research goals as well as intermediate milestones
5. Prioritize research that can be applied to Meta's product development
6. Mentor other team members. Play a significant role in healthy cross-functional collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:

7. 8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, or a related field
8. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
9. Proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communications strategies that address sensitive and high-priority issues
10. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze and utilize data to improve internal communications
11. Experience turning complex information into relevant, timely and valuable content
12. Can manage changing priorities and deadlines, and work autonomously
13. Attention to detail and experience working on time-sensitive initiatives
14. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful work

15. Experience managing internal communications for a globally distributed and hybrid workforce (remote and in-person).
16. Experience in the technology industry.

Public Compensation:
$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
