    2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

     

    Wage: $21/hour

    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics? LSI Staffing is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing team in Blue Springs, MO. This isn't your typical CSR role; you'll be the heart of shipping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

    What you'll do:

    + Master client's inventory software

    + Field incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service

    + Coordinate truck driver check-ins and check-outs

    + Assign docks to internal forklift drivers

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus)

    + At least 3 years of verifiable warehouse / logistics customer service experience

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong computer and data entry skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + **Bilingual skills are a bonus**

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage shipping and receiving operations in partnership with the warehouse team

    + Process billing and invoicing with accuracy and speed

    + Resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, shipping, and receiving

    + Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members

    + Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers

    + Adhere to company safety standards and regulations
