Position Summary:
The Clavin Klein Global team is responsible for delivering world class assortments for each product segmentation. The Director of Calendar, Market Launch & Training must support brand growth by enabling and driving business strategies through calendar management, market launch co-ordination & Product Training. Develop, analyze, measure, optimize and document processes across the organization. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure all key milestones are captured in the calendar and business processes. Responsible to improve efficiencies, support business goals and objectives. Work with Product teams to develop product training content and ensure all functions deliver on time to effectively launch the Global Market.
Building process, understanding dependencies, managing deadlines, problem solving, and managing cross functional relationships are crucial to this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Create, maintain, refine, & communicate all Seasonal Product Lifecycle calendars across multiple product to market timelines.
+ Establish process for calendar alignment prior to publication to the business
+ Provide process and RACI for calendar adherence and tracking post publication to the business
+ Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure timelines are maintained & milestones are achieved
+ Resolve potential and actual cross functional issues that affect the calendar process and organization
+ Continuous improvement of business processes and managing the team during the transition periods
+ Collaborate with team to evaluate “as is” and future-state business processes, analyze gaps, and provide recommended solutions
+ Ability to see when calendar & business processes need to be challenged or evolved
+ Continuously challenge and refine business process & data requirements
+ Lead cross functional teams to analyze process problems systematically, organize information, identify root causes & generate solutions with the ability to recognize the risk & impact to the organization
+ Serve as the liaison between business functions to enhance cross functional collaboration on process and system needs.
+ Ability to facilitate business process, monitors, and provides feedback to cross functional associates working toward business goals.
+ Drive postmortem for calendar and process changes to identify continuous improvements
+ Delegate & empower cross functional teams to achieve business goals through process adherence
+ Influence culture shifts and change management.
+ Co-Ordinate product teams to ensure on time finalization of Product training documents
+ Calendarize key milestones for Market Launch and measure adherence of cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
10-12 years experience in product development and business process
Prior experience in creating and managing calendars preferred
Bachelors degree preferably in business
+ Highly effective communication skills; ability to present to cross functional stakeholders across the organization
+ Strong organizational and facilitation skills
+ Knowledge of product development, production and merchandise functions
+ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Self-motivated with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluent with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Power point, Project, Word
+ Experience in Asana Project management tool.
+ Engaging and influential facilitator of change management
+ Willing to adopt unpopular positions to ensure consistency across product categories
+ Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
+ Strong people skills that can bring / unite teams together around varying business solutions

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
