Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Clinical (RN) will partner with business leaders to align clinical talent acquisition goals to the overall strategic business goals of the organization. S/he will assist in the development of recruitment strategies to improve the acquisition of key clinical talent and enhance the overall candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Clinical (RN) will provide quality customer service, sourcing, interviewing, screening, focused selection methodologies through our community outreach for assigned areas, for positions up to and including managerial level, executing activities to deliver on specific talent acquisition strategies. S/he is responsible for the management of the job requisition, workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing and screening to help in candidate selection and offer execution for positions in the assigned functional areas. The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Clinical (RN) will ensure the hiring manager has the right information to make the best selection decision possible in selecting a candidate to hire. Additionally, s/he will serve as an ambassador of the organization and point of contact for clinical talent pipelines. The Talent Acquisition Advisor, Clinical (RN) will work closely with the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment brand awareness and communicate career opportunities at CH by networking and attending professional nursing organizations and job fairs. Process improvement and sharing of best practices and strategies for Talent Acquisition is also the responsibility of the Advisor.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
+ Bachelor's Degree required, BSN preferred
+ Graduate from an accredited Registered Professional Nursing Program
+ Current registration as registered nurse in New York State
EXPERIENCE
+ Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience; recruitment experience a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
+ Excellent knowledge of NYS and Federal employment law and regulations
+ Solid PC skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software applications
+ Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong track record of building effective relationships to successfully partner with HR colleagues, internal clients and outside vendors to achieve desired business results
+ Demonstrated ability to use technology, data and analytics to effectively influence action and drive business results
