Job Description:

Summary:

Essential Functions:

+ Perform required operations necessary to start up and operate the paper machine following standard procedures and directions with assistance of Inspector. Perform the Inspector duties as needed.

+ Regulate the machine and equipment during the run to assure proper machine conditions. Initiate records for the batch and fill in required data.

+ Ink stamp labeling to sheets, clip sheets as needed for samples. Monitor/collect sheet weight and make adjustments to maintain sheet weight control.

+ Material handling duties using appropriate equipment as needed.

+ Detect unusual conditions and report to supervisor. Maintain and clean work area/equipment as well as perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor. Rotate between duties as required.
