    Job Description:

    Summary:

    Location - Woodstock

     

    Shift - 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)

     

    Rate - $29.73 + 8% shift differential

     

    Labor Grade - 3

    Essential Functions:

    + Operate automated blend cell to convey raw materials, blend mixes, and transfer mixes to the Casting lines. Refer to mixing schedule and select formula and ingredients. Weigh and measure various items and load into mixing tanks.

    + Assist Casting crew during grade and/or color changeovers, line start-up, and associated duties as directed in the urethane area.

    + Material handling responsibilities using appropriate equipment as needed. Maintain records of materials used and label waste as directed.

    + Detects unusual conditions and reports to supervisor. Neutralize and clean up spills. Maintains and cleans work area/equipment.

    + Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
