Our client, a leader in automation solutions, is seeking a PLC Controls Engineer I to join their team. As a PLC Controls Engineer I, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** PLC Controls Engineer I

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** $35-$40/hr (based on experience)

What's the Job?

+ Assist in PLC programming, HMI development, and system commissioning.

+ Support project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

+ Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams.

+ Help develop technical documentation including QA/QC and test plans.

+ Participate in BUAT/UAT/FAT testing and provide post-installation support.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

+ Up to 2 years of experience in controls engineering or material handling projects.

+ Exposure to Allen-Bradley PLCs and Wonderware Aveva Edge (or similar HMI platforms).

+ Interest or experience in post and parcel operations is a plus.

+ Willingness to travel extensively and work in dynamic environments.
