Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist/Setup Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Lathe

**Location:** Rancocas, NJ

**Hours:** Day Shift, 7a-3p, likely OT

**Pay Range:** $50,000 - $75,000 (plus amazing bonus plan)

What's the Job?

+ Operate and adjust manual, semi-automatic, or automatic numerically controlled machine tools.

+ Perform machine setup and operations including drilling, boring, milling, and turning.

+ Apply appropriate tooling and standard operating procedures to maintain close tolerances.

+ Check parts for conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments.

+ Work from programming instructions and operational data to define tool arrangements and machine settings.

What's Needed?

+ Greater than 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position or role.

+ Understanding of manual lathe operation and CNC programming concepts.

+ Familiarity with manual hand tools and machining techniques.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering prints.
