Our client, a leader in the medical and surgical industry, is seeking a LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV to join their team. As a LAB Research Chemist/Physicist/Engineer IV, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting various business activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** LAB Research Chemist

**Location:** Brookings, SD

**Pay Range:** 35-40/hr

What's the Job?

+ Identify, plan, recommend, and complete technical projects to enhance quality processes.

+ Support all business activities in experimental design and data analysis.

+ Lead Quality Department projects with minimal work direction.

+ Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.

+ Conduct training sessions to share best practices within the work group.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

+ Experience with experimental design is highly desirable.
