Our client, an industry leader in the production of specialty filter screens for the HVAC and Air Movement Industry, is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join their team. As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the production of high-quality custom manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be friendly, and detail-oriented, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

**Job Title:** Sewing Machine Operator

**Location:** Farmington Hills, MI

**Pay Range:** $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

**Shift:** Day shift - Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Operate single and double needle sewing machines to produce custom filter screens.

+ Read and accurately follow production order documents to ensure quality and precision.

+ Utilize basic measuring and cutting tools to prepare materials for sewing.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of industrial sewing experience.

+ Experience working with Nylon and Vinyl mesh materials.

+ Ability to read and follow detailed production orders.

+ Physical capability to stand and sit for long periods and reach across the sewing tables.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
