    Job Description

    Seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will play a pivotal part in enhancing supply chain performance through proactive problem-solving, robust data analysis, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

    MUST HAVE:

    1. Minimum 2 years experience with Power BI

    2. Minimum 2 years experience with SQL

    3. Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of supply chain analytics projects, from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up.

    • Identify, investigate, and resolve complex supply chain issues by applying strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

    • Analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to extract actionable insights.

    • Monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning versus actualization, support cumulative planning, and enhance information flow.

    • Drive issues to closure with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

    • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and see projects through to completion.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization)

    • Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.

    • Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

    • Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and information flow.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.

    • Proactiveness and learning acumen, along with a passion for data analytics, testing and process improvement
