**Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Journeyman to join their team.** As an E&I Journeyman, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and facilities operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Journeyman

**Location:** Appleton, WI

**Pay Range:** $41.36 – $42.65 per hour (Double time for Sunday shifts)

What’s the Job?

+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment

+ Troubleshoot and repair low and high-voltage circuits and components

+ Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using schematics and testing tools

+ Calibrate and maintain control and measurement instrumentation

+ Document maintenance activities in a computerized system

What’s Needed?

+ Valid 5-year industrial journeyman’s card (50-414-2 Electrical & Instrumentation)

+ 2–3 years of industrial electrician or technician experience

+ Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and computer skills

+ Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
