    **About the Team:** At ZF Gainesville, LLC, you'll join a dynamic and collaborative finance team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. The team consists of a seasoned Controller and three skilled Financial Analysts/Accountants who work closely together to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Together, they support key functions such as profit and loss analysis, balance sheet accuracy, cost accounting, and fixed asset management. This new Financial Analyst role will play a vital part in maintaining compliance with corporate financial principles and evaluating investment feasibility, contributing directly to the plant’s financial success.

    What you can look forward to as a Senior Financial Analyst:

    + Analyze monthly financial results and isolate / correct / explain variances from plan.

    + Support Controller with development and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

    + Perform detailed mix, volume, and rate variance analysis to isolate key performance drivers.

    + Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives.

    + Create and maintain financial reporting database to meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for both planning and actual results of operations.

    + Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions.

    + Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.

    + Record and circulate information on product profitability.

    Your profile as a Senior Financial Analyst:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business.

    + 3 – 5+ years of financial or cost accounting experience.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

    + Working knowledge of SAP.
