Rate of Pay: $35
Hours- Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm
LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCSW
Join our Safe Options Support (SOS) Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Team and make a direct impact on the lives of individuals experiencing street homelessness.
We're seeking acompassionate Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC)to provide field-based, person-centered care to unsheltered individuals—offering outreach, crisis intervention, housing support, and ongoing clinical engagement post-housing.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Engage and support unsheltered individuals through van/foot outreach
+ Conduct assessments and care planning
+ Provide trauma-informed, harm-reduction based clinical support
+ Assist with housing applications and transitions
+ Coordinate community services and accompany clients to appointments
+ Document services and client progress
Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, etc.) or RN with MH/SUD experience
+ Valid NYS driver’s license required
+ Strong communication and crisis management skills
+ Knowledge of CTI, MI, and community resources is a plus
+ Comfortable working outdoors, in high-risk situations
