    About the Role:

    As a Program Associate, you will provide administrative support to program management operations, administration, and coordination for programs from start through completion. This role is part of the Program Management function and requires a comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.

     

    This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide administrative support to program management teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.

    + Assist with program planning, budgeting, and monitoring, including tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

    + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

    + Coordinate with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members, to ensure successful program execution.

    + Gather and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

    + Develop and maintain program documentation, including reports, briefs, and presentations.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on program goals and objectives.

    + Assist with program evaluation and assessment, including identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

    + Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members.

    + Provide support for program close-out procedures, including documentation and reporting.

    + Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

    + Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in program management.

    + Provide support for program budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.

    + Develop and maintain program risk management plans, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.

    + Attend local job fairs and recruiting events at schools, colleges, and community organizations to support hiring and brand outreach.

    + Create, organize, and maintain digital files such as templates, marketing materials, job fair brochures, and outreach reports.

    + Build and review recruitment and marketing collateral, including email campaigns and social media content, ensuring consistent branding and formatting.

    + Support recruitment strategy by identifying opportunities on account and tailoring outreach efforts to better fill key roles.

    + Manage inventory of recruitment and event supplies, including branded swag, tables, chairs, AV equipment, and other materials.

    + Collaborate with the people team and talent acquisition to communicate department goals and align event execution and recruitment outreach strategy with client vision and talent-related initiatives.

    What You'll Need:

    + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

    + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function.

    + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

    + Advanced math skills, including ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Program Associate position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum compensation for the Program Associate position is $33.77 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
