    We are seeking aPhysical Therapist (PT),internally referred to as our Rehabilitation Therapist or our Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist.     Shift’s Available: Days

     

    Employment Type: per diem/PRN

     

    Hours: 8 hour shift

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

    + provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services, within scope of practice, in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders

    + perform responsibilities in accordance with department and hospital policies, state, federal and regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements

    + function according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team

    + inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

    Qualifications

    Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:

     

    + Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy

    + Current state Physical Therapy license, or application to KS licensure in progress

    + Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current

    Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:

    + One year of outpatient orthopedic experience
