How You’ll Make an Impact
Service
+ Greet and engage guests to ensure they feel cared for during their stay
+ Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas
+ Change and inspect linens and towels according to hotel standards
Perseverance
+ Learn and apply effective cleaning techniques
+ Follow safety procedures and report hazards such as broken glass or suspicious activity
Inclusion
+ Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect
Respect
+ Contribute to the team with pride and professionalism
+ Handle hotel and guest property with care and responsibility
Innovation
+ Participate in deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs
+ Use equipment responsibly and report any damage or loss
Teamwork
+ Support your team to achieve hotel-wide cleanliness goals
+ Make regular rounds to maintain tidy and disinfected public areas
+ Be flexible and ready to assist where needed
What We’re Looking For
+ Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not required)
+ Friendly, approachable personality
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
+ Ability to be on your feet and physically active for extended periods
+ Comfortable lifting at least 25 lbs and navigating carts up to 100 lbs
+ Able to bend, stretch, and reach in both low and high spaces
+ Effective communication and a positive team spirit
