Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Plymouth, Minnesota, this role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful designs that elevate brand presence and engage target audiences. Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for advertisements, brochures, banner ads, and other marketing materials.

• Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines to enhance overall brand awareness.

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver to produce high-quality visual content.

• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Maintain design controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.

• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Review and refine designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.

• Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.

• Strong experience creating advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Solid understanding of brand awareness strategies and the ability to translate them into visual designs.

• Knowledge of design controls and the ability to maintain quality and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing visually appealing and impactful designs.
