The Program Coordinator provides administrative and quality support to clinical employees in the ACLS programs, utilizing information systems and databases to update and maintain ACLS waitlist records, schedule appointments and collaborates with other teams and plays a key supportive role for the ACLS clinical programs.
Duties Include:
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Program Coordinator:
+ Provides administrative and quality support to Clinical staff in ACLS, such as: scheduling appointments, entering participant data into database software, maintaining waitlist applicant records files, completing waitlist update documentation for ACLS programs, maintaining office supplies, training on IT systems, and supporting productivity gaps as assigned.
+ Conducts audits and consults with supervisors regarding incomplete or missing file information.
+ Coordinates and processes all necessary participant paperwork and/or requests related to ACLS waitlist updates, in a timely manner
+ Monitors Outlook emails and Electronic Medical Record on an hourly basis to receive requests from ACLS clinical staff. Provide back-up support to Program Coordinator, as assigned.
+ Manages incoming and outgoing faxes; and processes mail to/from participants, doctors, guardians, Supports Coordinators, etc. Attend clinical staff and operational improvement meetings.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Associates Degree in Liberal Arts, or Health/Human Services preferred. High School Diploma or GED minimum requirement.
+ 1-2 yrs. experience preferred in: office administration, health/human services or related field. 6 months – 1 year minimum required.
+ Experience working with Seniors and Adults with Disabilities (AWD) is preferred.
+ Excellent written, verbal communication, organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong computer and data entry skills (40 wpm) in Word, Excel and Outlook required.
