Description We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Architect to lead the design and innovation of advanced marketing technology solutions. This long-term contract position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful systems that enhance customer experiences and drive business performance. With a focus on modern technologies and strategic leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and scalable solutions across various customer engagement platforms.

• Design and oversee integrations between marketing systems and enterprise platforms using tools like Kafka, Informatica, and Java-based applications.

• Assess and recommend emerging technologies to improve marketing capabilities and customer experiences.

• Align architectural designs with enterprise standards and long-term platform strategies.

• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Stay updated on trends in marketing technology, including AI-driven personalization and data privacy.

• Partner with external vendors to evaluate and integrate advanced solutions for identity resolution and data onboarding. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.

• At least 10 years of experience in software architecture or engineering with a focus on complex, high-performance systems.

• Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, and LiveRamp.

• Strong expertise in data integration and messaging technologies such as Kafka and Informatica.

• Proficiency in developing and managing Java-based applications and enterprise system designs.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS and modern development practices. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
