+ Team Leadership:
+ Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales quotas.
+ Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive personal and team growth.
+ Sales Strategy Implementation:
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to support organizational objectives.
+ Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
+ Monitor and ensure alignment with overall company goals and KPIs.
+ Operational Oversight:
+ Plan and organize daily team activities, ensuring optimal performance and resource management.
+ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
+ Maintain accurate sales records, reporting progress and trends to senior management.
+ Customer Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
+ Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
+ Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when needed.
+ Recruitment and Training:
+ Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
+ Onboard and train sales representatives on best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
+ 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
