Description We are looking for a Contracts Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the deal life-cycle process, ensuring contracts are prepared accurately and efficiently for various commodities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end contract management process, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.

• Review incoming contracts to verify accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate records of internal and external contractual communication.

• Confirm deal and contract data to ensure compliance with standards.

• Perform internal control audits, reporting tasks, and other operational duties as needed.

• Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures.

• Support software application testing related to contract system functionality.

• Collaborate on project assignments to streamline contract-related workflows. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or management.

• Proficiency in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts.

• Strong understanding of contract pricing and calls for bids.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and ensure accuracy in contract documentation.

• Experience with implementing process improvements and managing related projects.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with software systems used for contract functionality testing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
