    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and file various tax returns (Individual, Partnership, S Corp, Gift, Private Foundation).

    + Advise clients on tax planning, estate strategies, and charitable giving.

    + Respond to client and advisor inquiries on tax, asset, and liability matters.

    + Collaborate with attorneys and employers on compensation, RSUs, and tax issues.

    + Oversee or prepare financial reports including net worth summaries and cash flow statements.

    + Support clients with ad-hoc projects (e.g., LLC filings, foundation gifts, compliance tasks).

    + Develop and implement strategic tax plans tailored to client needs.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have

     

    + Bachelors Degree in accounting

    + Knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code

    + CPA

    + QuickBooks

    + Lacerte preferred
