We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Project Assistant who will play a key role in running our client's projects smoothly. Sure, on the surface it might feel like data entry, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll help track quotes, sniff out errors like a detective, and troubleshoot whatever comes your way. If you’re someone who loves cracking puzzles and thrives in a no-hand-holding environment, you’ll love it here! What You’ll Be Doing (AKA “A Day in the Life”)

+ Making Numbers Make Sense: You’ll be handed bids and quotes with product amounts that need to be entered into the software. Spot an issue? Speak up to estimators and dig for answers. Negotiating prices with reps is part of the fun, too.

+ Material Tracking Guru: PMs process contracts and keep the team updated—your job will include tracking materials and ensuring everything’s good to go for projects to kick off smoothly.

+ Timing is Everything: Help track shipping timelines, project costs, order schedules, and billing milestones. Communication with accounts payable/accounts receivable is key.

+ Be the Glue: Gather and organize as much project information as possible to hand off to project managers and keep operations moving efficiently.

+ Self-Starter Superstar: There’s no babysitting here—you take on a task, crush it, and then ask, “What’s next?” This role is all about speaking up, owning your work, and collaborating proactively.
