Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized RFP Coordinator and Writer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the proposal development process, including coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely submissions. Your ability to facilitate team collaboration, develop compelling content, and maintain high-quality standards will be critical to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily standup meetings with the writing team to review deadlines, priorities, and progress on tasks.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales teams to gather necessary information and secure approvals.

• Organize and package response materials in various formats, ensuring submissions meet deadlines and compliance requirements.

• Carefully analyze solicitation documents to identify key requirements and tailor responses to align with client needs.

• Develop and write sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and technical accuracy.

• Monitor project timelines and adjust plans to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.

• Facilitate regular meetings to maintain alignment and progress across teams.

• Conduct quality checks on proposals to ensure compliance and adherence to organizational standards.

• Maintain a compliance checklist to guide proposal development and submission processes.

• Collect and incorporate feedback from past submissions to continuously improve proposal quality. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Writing, or a related field.

• 3 plus years of experience in a related role, with a focus on RFPs or proposal development.

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within a marketing or proposal team for at least one year.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop persuasive and accurate content.

• Comfortable facilitating daily team meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with health insurance or RFP processes is preferred.

• Proficiency in managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
