Robert Half Marketing and Creative has an in-house agency client looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will collaborate closely with clients in the hotel industry to develop and implement creative strategies that drive business success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, managing campaigns, and delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns tailored to the hotel industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative content and strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain organized records.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Present creative concepts to clients and gather feedback for refinement.
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize client outcomes.
Requirements • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software.
• Strong background in campaign planning and execution.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with the hotel industry is a plus.
