Franchise Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on franchise law, supporting attorneys with regulatory compliance, document preparation, and state registration processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate and commercial legal work, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update U.S. Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with annual updates and amendments.
• Coordinate and manage state franchise registration and renewal filings, including tracking deadlines and maintaining compliance schedules.
• Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing franchise agreements and related documents.
• Respond to state examiner comments and regulatory inquiries in collaboration with attorneys.
• Conduct legal research on franchise laws and regulations to support compliance efforts.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience specializing in franchise law or related corporate/regulatory areas.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state franchise laws, including registration processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in litigation, discovery, and corporate legal matters is a plus.
