This position plays a vital role in maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction while supporting business objectives. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is an asset Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude. Personality: Proactive, empathetic, and detail oriented demeanor.
