    We are looking for an experienced Account Program Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee critical processes and collaborate with various teams to ensure efficiency and alignment with this non-profit organizational goals.     Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.

    • Proven expertise in B2B sales and managing inbound inquiries within the legal industry.

    • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

    • Skilled in copywriting and media outreach to support branding and communication efforts.

    • Demonstrated experience in project management and handling complex workflows.

    • Proficiency in using industry tools and technology to drive efficiency.

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to challenges.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly and professionally.
