Description

We are looking for an organized and meticulous Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the sales and leadership teams responsible for tracking sales commission, maintaining detailed sales reports by vendor and handling communication between the sales team and clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring sales compliance, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive vendor relationships. This position is based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin area.

This is a permanent placement opportunity offering health, dental, vision, paid time off and 401k offering.

Responsibilities:

• Submit qualifying sales data to vendors after thorough evaluation and confirmation.

• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide necessary documentation or support following submissions.

• Assist employees with inquiries regarding submission timing and resolve technical issues on vendor platforms.

• Track and maintain detailed reports on year-to-date compensation for both vendors and employees.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Handle additional assignments and projects as they arise, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing compensation-related tasks, including commission tracking and reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain vendor relationships effectively.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining vendor files and contracts.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address technical and timing inquiries.
