    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, taking approximately 5–25 calls per shift, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently during overnight hours, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, or requests related to [specify product/service].

    + Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.

    + Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.

    + Collaborate remotely and provide updates to overnight supervisors or team leads.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.

    + Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to remain focused, proactive, and self-directed during overnight and weekend shifts.

    + Preferred to have worked in an overnight setting before.
