    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled **Business Analyst** to work on critical data processing systems including testing and helpdesk support. The position will be a **hybrid, full-time** contract **.**

    What You'll Do

    + Develop and document business requirements for various projects

    + Create user interface mockups and assist in technical documentation

    + Conduct software testing, including user acceptance testing

    + Develop instruction manuals and provide end-user training

    + Perform limited project management tasks as needed

    + Analyze and document complex business processes and workflows

    + Gather and interpret data through interviews, observation, surveys, etc.

    + Document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules

    What You'll Need

    + 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

    + 5 years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies

    + 5 years of experience with UI design

    + Strong skills in Microsoft Visio and SDLC methodology

    + 5 years of experience in testing, training, and user support

    + Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose improvements

    + 3 years of customer service and helpdesk experience

    + 4-year college degree

    + 3 years of experience with Finance/HR projects

    + Local candidates preferred

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

     

    The pay range for this position is $42- $49 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.​
