    Job Title: Power Apps Developer

     

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

    • Automate business processes using Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of apps and workflows.

    • Maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes.

    • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate).

    • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, customization).

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Secret security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar).

    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    • Understanding of relational databases and integrating with SQL Server (on-premises).

    • Knowledge of Power BI development is a plus.
