Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the distribution of product content across retail and partner channels. This role ensures accurate, timely, and brand-consistent product information reaches key retail platforms such as Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and others. Acting as a liaison between internal content teams and external retail partners, this individual plays a vital role in driving product visibility, compliance, and sales readiness across digital shelves.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and execute the distribution of product content across retail and partner channels.
+ Ensure accurate, timely, and brand-consistent product information reaches key retail platforms such as Amazon, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.
+ Act as a liaison between internal content teams and external retail partners.
+ Drive product visibility, compliance, and sales readiness across digital shelves.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
+ Experience with order entry.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
+ Technical skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
