    Job Title: Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage accounts receivable analysis, invoicing, collections, contracts, customer accounts, and AR metrics. You will support collections projects to ensure monthly cash targets and DSO objectives are met, and drive the credit analysis process for new and existing customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Timely and accurate application of customer payments to the appropriate invoices.

    + Contact customers to obtain payment remittances and provide payment and ACH instructions.

    + Perform electronic filing of correspondence, remittance information, and other payment-related documentation.

    + Apply and reconcile cash applied to cash received.

    + Provide audit support documentation.

    + Research payments and resolve discrepancies as needed.

    + Prepare AR-related analytics for Days Sales Outstanding, AR aging, customer billing, and payments each month.

    + Reconcile customer accounts related to invoices, credits, payments, and contract amendments.

    + Conduct credit analysis of existing and prospective customers.

    + Evaluate existing customer payment performance periodically to validate payment terms.

    + Establish and monitor compliance with credit checks on a risk scoring basis.

    + Manage reporting for the AR team, including developing new reports and improving existing ones.

    + Ensure customer satisfaction by developing mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationships with internal and external customers.

    + Collaborate with workgroups to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

    + Provide backup support and collaborate with other Accounts Receivable Specialists as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with cash application, collection, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

    + Proficiency in Workday, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Workday is REQUIRED.

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate's degree.

    + 5+ years of experience with accounts receivable, B2B collections, and purchase order analysis within an organization greater than $100M in revenue.

    + 5+ years of experience in processing 50+ invoices per day within an accounts receivable role.

    + 2+ years of experience creating SOPs/job aids within an AR department.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
