Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide high-impact digital initiatives that reshape the automotive retail experience—both online and in-store.

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll set the standard for excellence across product strategy, execution, and mentoring. You’ll drive complex, business-critical initiatives while building scalable frameworks and influencing team direction. Compensation: 95,000-120,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Management (50%)

+ Lead high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to delivery

+ Prioritize roadmaps and enhancements that drive measurable business results

+ Partner with UX and engineering to create exceptional customer experiences

Reporting & Scalability (40%)

+ Define and evolve product practices to support both agile delivery and long-term planning

+ Mentor team members and support a scalable product culture

Stakeholder Alignment (10%)

+ Collaborate closely with leadership to align on strategy and goals

+ Serve as a trusted advisor across key business and tech stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience & Education

+ 7+ years of product management experience

+ Proven success delivering complex digital products with business impact

+ Experience mentoring or leading product managers

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling abilities
