    Job Summary

    Assist with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of UGI Energy Services, Inc. propane terminals.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Assist in routine terminal operating procedures including inventory, railcar unloading, truck loading and unloading, etc.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment related to terminal functions. including vapor compressors, pumps, rail towers, valves, automated equipment, etc.

    + Maintain manuals for operating, maintenance, emergency, training and safety.

    + Ability to travel to any of UGI Energy Services, Inc. six (6) facilities.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

     

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to follow and enforce procedures.

    + Professional, reliable, self-directing work habits.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS software.

    + Experience working with regulated commodities.

    + Good interpersonal and written communication skills.

     

    Education and Experience

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent. Related technical / mechanical degree is desired.

    + At least 5 years of industry related experience.

    + Formal experience in the trades preferred.
