    Primary Function

     

    This role focuses on legal, compliance, and brand reviews for content approval and distribution, and addresses audit and risk requirements.

     

    Payrate: $75-85k

    Duties & Responsibilities

    + Supports the end-to-end content activation process for Institute and Global Research publications by submitting content to approval portals, providing comprehensive workflow tracking and detailed monitoring of each step.

    + Ensures process flows are uninterrupted, and publications are launched as planned

    + Supports end-to-end activation/distribution of monthly CNBC video interviews

    + Maintains and updates team process documents

    + Completes content post-submission forms

    + Uploads new Institute publications to platforms

    + Submits approval requests for Research social media posts

    Skills & Qualifications

    + Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail (critical)

    + Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent interpersonal skills

    + Demonstrated work ethic with a desire to learn the business

    + Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities

    Education & Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Project Management or Reporting experience

    + Administrative and analytical skills with ability to coordinate small projects
