General** **Description:
BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager, Government Pricing & Contracting, reporting to the Director, Government Programs within the US Market Access Department. The Senior Manager will be a subject matter expert in Government Pricing calculations, methodologies, and submissions, and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance of BeOne’s price reporting and contracting obligations under the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP), 340B Drug Discount Program, Medicare Part B ASP Reporting, Medicare Part D Coverage Gap (Historical CGDP), Manufacturer Discount Program (MDP), VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and TRICARE Retail Refund Program.
This individual will have experience managing and executing the end-to-end government price reporting process, including system data loading, validations, calculations, report analysis, price submissions, certification requirements and reconciliations across all government price types (AMP, BP, URA, PHS, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, IFF), as well as experience developing models for price type impact analysis, documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing and maintaining GP system data, and developing and executing User Acceptance Testing. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Distribution, Finance, and Legal, and collaborate with external third-party vendors and processors in support of BeOne’s contracting, pricing, forecasting and gross-to-net initiatives and analytics, and will also play a key support role in various commercial contracting, 340B compliance and rebate payment processing operations.
Essential Functions of the** **job:
+ Manage and maintain all data sources, methodologies, configurations and reports and lead Government Pricing (GP) reporting operations utilizing third-party GP system.
+ Ensure GP system setup and configurations align with government price reporting regulations and BeOne’s methodologies and assumptions.
+ Accurately assign customer class of trade, validate customer 340B eligibility, analyze commercial and government contracts, and collaborate with pricing operations, contracting and distribution teams to ensure contracting strategies are accurately accounted for in all GP calculations.
+ Execute, analyze, and deliver accurate and timely GP monthly and quarterly calculations, reports, submission files and supporting documentation, ensuring completeness and audit-readiness.
+ Develop reconciliation and tie-out procedures and develop and maintain SOPs and working instructions to ensure compliance and clarity in all processes supporting GP submissions and certifications.
+ Model and analyze commercial pricing and contracting strategy impact on GP results.
+ Manage duplicate discount strategy and processing by third party vendors and develop, implement, and adhere to SOPs.
+ Analyze and prepare commercial data and assist with overseeing third party rebate calculations and payment approval process across commercial contracting landscape.
+ Prepare contract pricing internal and external notifications, ensuring timely and accurate pricing updates by third parties.
Education** **&** **Experience** **Required:
+ MinimumofaBA/BSDegree
Required** **Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
+ Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical experience; 8+ years of direct experience in government pricing and manufacturer regulatory environment preferred.
+ Experience successfully launching new drugs across all government programs, knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Parts B and D inflation rebates, line extension modeling, and 340B compliance.
+ Expertise in all government pricing reporting portals.
+ Experience maintaining and executing third-party SaaS Government Pricing applications and implementing compliant internal validation and approval processes.
+ Ability to network across internal and external business partners and vendors with the professional and personal skills necessary to form strong and effective working relationships.
+ Ability to evaluate the impact of regulatory, legislative, and contracting changes on pricing and business performance.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Technical expertise in User-Acceptance testing, system configurations and GP impact modeling.

Computer/Technical Skills:
+ Strong PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ GP System configuration and User Acceptance Testing, including developing and executing detailed test cases, establishing data to meet test criteria and resolving test case failures.
