Job Title: Civil DesignerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to support natural gas projects in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with Civil 3D and relevant experience in natural gas projects or similar. Familiarity with CADworx or Plant 3D is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

+ Design and draft plans for natural gas projects using Civil 3D.

+ Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.

+ Participate in utility construction projects and land development tasks.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Utilize AutoCAD for civil design tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in natural gas design/drafting or utility industry (water/sewer).

+ Proficiency in Civil 3D with at least 5 years of experience.

+ Strong knowledge in civil engineering and civil design.

+ Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with CADworx and Plant 3D is a plus.

+ Knowledge of oil and gas delivery systems.

+ Background in utilities engineering.

This role is based in an office environment, providing a professional setting for design and engineering tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
