Job Title: Tenure Embedded Software Engineer
Job Description
Join our team as a Tenure Embedded Software Engineer and contribute to our expanding portfolio of Internet-connected grill and accessory devices. You will be responsible for delivering new features, maintaining, and improving existing software. We are seeking someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, managing multiple tasks, and is eager to grow their expertise in the consumer electronics space. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on innovative projects while continuing to develop your skills.
Responsibilities
+ Deliver new features and maintain existing software for Internet-connected devices.
+ Solve technical challenges and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on innovative projects.
+ Contribute to the development of consumer electronics products.
+ Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and solid technical decisions.
+ Understand the impact of changes across different products on the platform.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in C, Python, WiFi, BLE, Rust, RTOS, and Bare Metal programming.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
+ 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
+ 2 years of experience with Rust.
+ Experience with SPI, I2C, UART, and USB.
+ Proven experience managing and leading projects.
+ Ability to make solid technical decisions in a timely fashion.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Understanding of full programs and their interactions on the platform.
+ Proficiency in C++ programming.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.11/hr.
