    Shift Hours:** **3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Must be flexible to train on 1st or 2nd shift)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Set up, operate, and shut down CNC fabricating/forming/VMC machines

    + Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections

    + Conduct routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

    + Train others on CNC procedures and machine operations

    + Follow production priorities from supervisors and team leaders

    + Ensure machine parts meet/exceed quality standards

    + Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization per 5S standards

    + Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma, GED, or technical certification preferred

    + Minimum of 3 years CNC setup experience or 4 years’ operating specialized equipment

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    + Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)

    + Solid math, communication, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tasks

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality

    + Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban)

    Physical Requirements:

    + Stand for full shift and perform repetitive hand/arm movements

    + Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

    + Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment

    + Steel-toed shoes required

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 to $35.00 per hour
