    Adecco is hiring immediately for Sit-Down Forklift Operators with Carlstar, a Leader in Tire Innovation located in Colton, CA. Sit-Down Forklift Operators play a vital role with one of our top clients in a dynamic warehouse setting, earning **$20.00-$21.00** per hour, with overtime opportunities available. As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator, you will operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and stage products, unload trailers and stock palletized materials, assist with general labor duties such as shrink-wrapping and pallet organization, and follow safety procedures and site guidelines.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Valid driver’s license and forklift certification (valid or verifiable)

    + Minimum 1-year recent experience operating a sit-down forklift confidently in a fast-paced warehouse, specifically using Hyster-Yale brand forklifts

    + Skilled at performing figure-eight maneuvers, navigating tight spaces, and working safely around racking systems

    + Accurate and careful pallet handling during loading/unloading with strong control

    + Comfortable lifting at least 50 lbs.

    + Team-oriented with flexibility to assist with additional floor duties as needed

    Available Shifts:

    + Weekday Shifts:

    + 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

    + Weekend Shifts:

    + 1st Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

    + Overtime available

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
