    Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Registered Nurse – Portage, WI

    **Schedule** : Day shift – M-F 8-430, but depending on census, there may be flexibility to start and end times

    **Duration** : 13 weeks

    **On Call** : At least once per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during in-home patient visits

    + Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, foley catheter, injections, and other nursing procedures

    + Travel to multiple patient homes within the assigned geographic territory

    + Will see 20-25 patients with 4-5 visits per day on average. Distance can vary from 60+ miles per day, depending on territory, patient census and staff availability

    + Will Float at times, when low census, to other territories to assist

    Qualifications:

    + Current WI state or compact licensure required

    + Current AHA BLS is required

    + Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines & Oasis is Required

    + EPIC EMR preferred

    + 2 years of Home Health experience required

    + Social candidates, dependable and accountable, compassionate and positive attitude

    Pay Breakdown:

    + $1,216 per week (taxable)

    + $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

    + Mileage reimbursement is $0.70 per mile

    **Pay Details:** $2,462.00 per week
