    Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find Operator Repair candidates to join their team! **This is an entry level job working 12 hour rotating shifts!** If you have reliable attendance, can follow direction and handle repetitive movement then this is the place for you!     Responsibilities for this job include:

    + • Use computer system to enter and verify batch composition (i.e. alloy)

    + • Monitor, take samples, and fine-tune melt chemistry

    + **• Raking and cleanup of scrap and other ribbon from floors, machinery, and other work areas.**

    + To start, this job will involve mostly raking. Repetitive movement and bending.

    + • Cleaning of work areas as assigned.

    + • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications for this job include:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Able and willing to wear proper safety attire

    + Ability to read and understand measurements and directions

    + Basic computer skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

    + Able to work in a warm and hot environment, especially during summer months

    + Must be clean shaven at all times

    + Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays per rotating schedule

    + • Shifts run 7a-7p, and 7p-7a

    + • Rotation schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off on one shift (7a-7pm or 7p-7a) for 2 weeks, then the same on the opposing shift.

    + • Overtime pay after 40 hours/week.

     

    Pay for this position will start at $17.00/hr.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
